Adam French is set to embark on his first headline tour of the U.K.

Rising star Adam French – who has previously supported Frances, Rat Boy and Jack Garratt – will kick off his first headline tour in Leeds this evening (18th Jan 2016).

The singer-songwriter – and Bowie look-a-like – will then perform a sold-out show in London, before dates in Manchester, Birmingham, Sheffield and York.

Following his run of U.K. dates, Adam will head out to America for shows in New York and L.A. early next month.

Adam exclusively told Gigs And Festivals about his plans for the tour, saying: “I’m doing a couple of full band shows [Manchester and London], which are five piece, energetic and guitar led. Then I’m also doing a handful of solo shows [Leeds, York, Sheffield, Birmingham], which are as intimate as possible. I like the contrast, so I think it’s something I’ll continue.”

Having cut his teeth on the festival scene last summer, with slots at Reading & Leeds, Festival No. 6 and Latitude, Adam has been tipped as a ‘One To Watch’ in 2016.

His two latest tracks, ‘Hunter’ and ‘Punchbag Love’, show off two contrasting sides of his musicality. ‘Hunter’ shows Adam’s rock vocals and percussive tendencies, while ‘Punchbag Love’ shows his sensitive side and piano prowess.

Ahead of the tour, Adam has shared a live video for his entrancing track ‘Euthanasia’, check it out below.
