Longitude Festival has revealed all three of its headliners; Kendrick Lamar, Major Lazer and The National.

Kendrick Lamar will top the bill on the festival’s opening night. The rapper and Taylor Swift collaborator will bring his critically acclaimed album ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’ to the party.

The ‘King Kunta’ hitmaker received a whopping 11 nominations for this year’s Grammy Awards, including ‘Album Of The Year’, and is not be missed at this year’s event held at Dublin’s Marlay Park.

Bringing the most streamed song of all time ‘Lean On’, Major Lazer leads Saturday’s line-up, delivering a non-stop danceathon.

Ohio indie-rockers The National will close the event – held from the 15th – 17th July 2016 – showcasing tracks from their six albums to date.

The diverse bill is bolstered by Grammy-nominated producer Jamie XX, folk singer Father John Misty, electro-poppers CHVRCHES and hip-hop star Tyler, The Creator.

They will be joined by Danish singer MØ, New York chef turned rapper Action Bronson, ‘Pedestrian At Best’ hitmaker Courtney Barnett, and A$AP Mob member A$AP Ferg.

Performing on home turf are Irish electronica singer Róisín Murphy, Dublin synth-pop duo All Tvvins, rapper Rejjie Snow, punk quartet Otherkin, Belfast dream pop band Pleasure Beach and atmos-folk pairing Saint Sister.

Tickets for Longitude 2016 go on sale at 9 am on Fri 29th Jan 2016.
