Vance Joy, Rae Morris and Lauren Aquilina to join Taylor Swift for British Summer Time Festival

Vance Joy, Rae Morris and Lauren Aquilina will all join Taylor Swift at Hyde Park this summer for the ‘Shake It Off’ singer’s huge British Summer Time show.

The iconic park will parade a troupe of magnificent pop acts on the 27th June 2015, with the already announced Ellie Goulding and John Newman leading the support before Taylor Swift’s headline slot.

Ukulele-wielding singer-songwriter Vance Joy, ‘Under The Shadows’ singer Rae Morris, folk-blues singer JP Cooper, teenage soul singer Lauren Aquilina, dark pop songstress Laura Doggett, Australian indie-pop band Sheppard and emerging acts Jamie Lawson and Iris Gold all join Taylor Swift’s splendid array of supporting acts, for this incredible day of music.

As one of the most eagerly anticipated pop events of the year, it comes as no surprise that Taylor Swift’s show at Hyde Park is already sold-out.

However, tickets still remain for the rest British Summer Time’s 2015 programme with four massive headline acts scheduled.

The Strokes are scheduled to perform their first London show in five years, whilst Britpop favourites Blur, pop queen Kylie Minogue and mod legends The Who, will all headline their own massive Hyde Park shows.

Underpinning the world-class headliners are more impressive support acts in Beck, Chic feat. Nile Rodgers, Grace Jones, Metronomy, The Horrors, Paul Weller, Kaiser Chiefs, Johnny Marr, Future Islands, Temples, Public Service Broadcasting, MIKA, Years & Years, Foxes and Gaz Coombes, with many more announced.

The third year of the London festival will take place over the 18th – 27th June and whilst the one-off music events dominate the line-up, midweek activities will also take place with free access for park visitors to enjoy film, music, sport and literature.

The previous years of British Summer Time has seen groundbreaking performances from the likes of The Rolling Stones, Black Sabbath, The Libertines, Bon Jovi, Elton John and McBusted.
